Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 5 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@pepacraft.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
NOTE: Every returned product refund amount will be refunded by 5 business days after return reached and evaluated by the company.
